Verify that your information has been advertised as required by law three consecutive weeks. The information you find on the Albuquerque Journal Online http://legals.abqjournal.com/index_html/search contains the same information as you would find offline in the legal section of the newspaper. Now the public at large has information about the law suit against you.

The newspaper just reports exactly what the lender's attorney submits which is standard: Which district court is processing your case, the lenders name, your name, the legal description of your property and its address and the type of legal action the lender is taking against you.

The first notice is the beginning of the lis pendens action. This is what sets the pace for you to take action as soon as possible before the time runs out. The second notice is a repeat but with a different date, the third notice gives notice that if the law suit is not settled then the judge will order a notice of sale and appoint a Special Master (an attorney contracted with the state to handle the sale of your property) if by then the case has not been resolved.
